This Blanc de Blancs Vintage is crafted exclusively from Chardonnay sourced from our Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs, harvested on September 21st and 22nd.
Champagne experienced challenging weather conditions in 2021, with a cool, wet spring and an unsettled summer. Yields were low, yet the grapes achieved notable concentration, marked by bright acidity and fresh, vibrant character, resulting in a precise and taut vintage.
