This Blanc de Blancs Vintage crafted from an exclusive blend of Chardonnay from our Grands Crus terroirs of the Côte de Blancs: Cramant (60%), Avize (25%) and Oger (5%) (chalky soils).
The chardonnays were harvested on September 1st and 2nd with a yield of 7,000 kg / hectare. The sanitary conditions of the grapes were superb despite a cold and rainy season over the Champagne. Freshness and intensity define this Vintage.
